1. Provider and acceptance
Untaxed is provided by VOIMA gmbh, Eggweg 9a, 8810 Horgen, Switzerland (UID CHE-115.593.199). Contact us at ahoi@voima.ch.
You accept these terms when they are presented to you and you continue to use the app, submit a roadmap vote, or purchase or use Premium. If you do not agree, do not take that action. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have legal capacity and any required parental authorization. Service and legal notices may be sent in the app, on the website or to an email address you provide. Support is available at ahoi@voima.ch.
2. What Untaxed provides
Untaxed provides a website, mobile app, roadmap voting, estimates, comparisons, history and contextual information based on available Swiss tax and municipality data. Some features require Premium. Current source coverage, update dates and known fallbacks are published in the Data Sources directory and may change over time.
3. Estimates are not tax advice
Results are estimates for general information only. They are not tax, legal, financial, accounting, or relocation advice and are not an official assessment by a tax authority.
Tax rules and published data can be incomplete, delayed, or interpreted differently. Your actual liability depends on your full circumstances and the competent authority. Verify important decisions with official sources or a qualified adviser.
4. Premium subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown before confirmation.
- The billing period, renewal date, total price including applicable store taxes, and any trial are shown by the store before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account before the next billing date.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights follow the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law.
- Premium access is connected with the store purchase record and a random reference for your copy of the app. Restoring a purchase may be limited by store and device rules.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Untaxed for lawful personal purposes.
You must not misuse Untaxed, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, extract data at scale, copy or take apart the app except where law permits it, or use it to violate the rights of others.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Untaxed available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable advance notice of material adverse changes to a paid service where practical. If we permanently remove the core paid service during a prepaid period, we will provide continued access, a proportionate refund, or another remedy required by law.
7. Intellectual property and third-party material
Untaxed, its design, software, and original content are owned by VOIMA gmbh or its licensors. Public-sector, map, and other third-party data remain subject to their respective rights, notices, and terms.
8. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the results. To the extent permitted by law, VOIMA gmbh is not liable for decisions made in reliance on estimates, indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by unavailable or inaccurate third-party data. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for Untaxed in the 12 months before the event. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury, fraud, or any mandatory consumer right or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Termination
You may stop using Untaxed at any time. We may restrict access if you materially breach these terms, misuse Untaxed, or create a security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach. Store subscription cancellation remains subject to section 4. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law—continue to apply.
10. Governing law
Swiss law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, the courts at the registered seat of VOIMA gmbh have jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. We may assign these terms as part of a merger, reorganization or transfer of Untaxed; you may not assign them without our consent where consent may lawfully be required.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively when Untaxed or applicable requirements change. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practical and request renewed acceptance where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights already earned in a paid period. Version 1.1 expands the scope, subscription detail, paid-service remedies and mandatory liability carve-outs.
